We sell thousands of sweets and treats and work with exclusive global brands to create exciting new products that will leave our customers on cloud nine.

Shift Pattern/Working Hours:
• Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri - 8.45 am - 5.00pm
• Thurs - 8.45am - 8.00pm plus,
• Alternate Sunday mornings 9.00am - 1.00pm

Your typical working day will include:

So what can you expect to be doing in this retail assistant role?

• Working as part of a busy team, ensuring the best customer service is given to each customer
• Welcoming customers into the store, supporting them with their shopping experience if needed
• Providing excellent knowledge on products sold
• Helping customers with their checkout experience
• Order picking (including click & collect order picking/processing)
• Involvement in regular stock replenishment
• Unloading/checking/booking in goods inwards
• Making sure the store looks inviting and tidy at all times
• Answering customer phone calls in a professional manner
• Supporting your colleagues where necessary

Ideal Candidate:

What experience are we looking for? We would ideally like you to have some experience in:

• A retail or wholesale environment
• Cash handling / till / checkout experience
• Having good organisational skills and a grasp of basic numeracy

For this role we would also need you to have:

• The ability to communicate well at all levels.
• The determination to succeed in a fast paced environment.
• A friendly and approachable person who can build relationships with both customers and staff.
• A Counterbalance/Reach Truck licence
• Goods Inwards experience

In return for your hard work we are able to pay an hourly salary of between £12.21-£12.61 per hour.
